Queer Eye

- a television programme which started in the US and was then also made in Britain. It was originally called Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. In each programme, five gay men help a straight (= heterosexual) man to improve his style in areas such as fashion, culture and design. The programme was one of the first to show gay life on television.
