[uncountable] (North American English)- a simple game played with dice and small discs on a special board, similar to the British game, LudoCultureParcheesi is played with two dice and coloured plastic pieces which players move around squares on a special board according to the rules of the game, trying to get them to the centre square. Parcheesi was based on an Indian game, Pachisi, and the copyright was first registered in the US in the late 1800s.
