/ˌmɒrɪs ˈmaɪnə(r)/
/ˌmɔːrɪs ˈmaɪnər/
- a popular small British car designed by Alec Issigonis (1906-88) and produced by the Morris company from 1948. The Morris Minor Traveller model had a partly wooden frame, an unusual feature in a relatively cheap car. Morris Minors are no longer produced, but old ones are often carefully looked after by their owners and can be valuable.
